Premium support for the TD Sketcher Suite

Our premium support contract includes support by phone, fax and e-mail. It is your best choice if you want fast, cost-effective and competent support from our friendly staff.

The following services are included:

  • Fast response times
  • Preferred processing of your user requests
  • Software assistance
  • Personal support
  • Individual support for general user requests
  • Providing regular updates

Our specialists for support are available from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm. On Fridays until 3 pm.

Additional support or services as well as support and service requests without existing premium support will be charged per commenced quarter of an hour.
