Time? That’s a fly in the ointment when it comes to the energy costs of the machines. Rather my question and then: “The customer can be provided with a ready-made offer within a few hours. Direct data transfer to the machine saves time and iteration costs and shortens the entire production process, thereby reducing delivery times. Yes, TD Sketcher 3D is designed to enable customers to provide CAM models directly to their customers. The TD Sketcher DIAMOND and INSERT are each designed for diamond-tipped tools or indexable insert tools. The TD Sketcher TIME helps to calculate costs as accurately as possible in advance using the tool, without having to program the machine in advance. As TD Sketcher has the most common export formats and can therefore be easily connected to existing systems, only a short introductory training course is required. CAD and even tool knowledge is not necessary for operation! Apart from internal training courses, training courses can be booked at ISBE at any time (on site, at the ISBE office or online), which are tailored to the needs of the trainees (face to face instead of 0815) Using the GDX format, for example, measurement instructions can be predefined right from the start and transferred directly to the measuring machine.
