With the new TD Sketcher Release<\/strong>, we are expanding the possibilities for tool data, design and digital data exchange.<\/p>\n

TD Sketcher ROD<\/strong>
\nManage and select solid carbide rods centrally. Dimensions, material and coolant hole data are automatically applied to the tool.<\/p>\n

VStandard PRO Interface<\/strong>
\nTransfer PCD cutting edges including geometry, position and orientation directly to Vollmer VStandard PRO.<\/p>\n

NUMROTOplus Interface<\/strong>
\nForm steps on step drills can now be transferred to NUMROTOplus including the associated grinding operations.<\/p>\n

Automatic Weight Calculation<\/strong>
\nTool weight is automatically calculated based on volume and material density and can be reused in subsequent processes.<\/p>\n

Quotation Number as Project Reference<\/strong>
\nThe quotation number is now available as an additional reference for ERP data, tables, drawing frames and TD Selector.<\/p>\n

Flexible File Names and Storage<\/strong>
\nProject name, article number, part number or customer article number can automatically be suggested as the file name. Matching subdirectories can also be suggested based on project data.<\/p>\n

Extended Detail Views<\/strong>
\nRevision indices, inspection balloon numbers and center holes can now be positioned specifically using detail views.<\/p>\n

GLB Export<\/strong>
\n3D tool models from TD Sketcher 3D and Sim 3D can be exported in GLB format for use in web applications, webshops and other digital applications.<\/p>\n

More Flexibility in Drawings<\/strong>
\nAny number of images can now be inserted on each drawing page.<\/p>\n

PRIMUS Standard Coatings<\/strong>
\nPredefined PRIMUS standard coatings can be selected and used directly.<\/p>\n

Automatic Scaling of End Geometry<\/strong><\/p>\n

When the tool diameter changes, length-related end geometry values are now scaled proportionally automatically, including for custom tool types.<\/p>\n

Further Improvements<\/strong>

With the new release, tool and project data can be reused even more consistently. Fewer manual inputs, new interfaces and extended export options support a continuous digital process throughout tool manufacturing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Note on Windows 10<\/strong>
Windows 10 (64-bit) remains compatible but is no longer actively supported.
