Strengthening the management team at ISBE GmbH
On January 1, 2026, Steffen Kluth (54) will join the management team at ISBE GmbH. Together with managing partner Dr. Claus Itterheim, he will take on responsibility for development, sales, and marketing. The aim is to consistently expand the product portfolio and strategically develop ISBE’s digital solutions.
Long-standing connection and deep industry knowledge
Steffen Kluth is no stranger to ISBE. He was already a member of the management team between 2013 and 2022, during which time he played a key role in shaping key areas of product development, marketing, and customer service. His return to the management team builds on this successful phase and combines in-depth knowledge of ISBE with additional international experience.
During his professional career, Steffen Kluth gained extensive expertise at E.ZOLLER GmbH, including in the areas of software development, application engineering, and product management for tool measuring systems. Most recently, he was responsible for product management in the field of digital manufacturing at ANCA. There, his focus was particularly on the autonomous production of cutting tools at the highest level, including the integration of digital and automated production processes.

In his new role, Steffen Kluth will actively shape the strategic direction of ISBE. The focus will be on the further development of intelligent software solutions, strengthening the market position, and expanding customer-oriented, digital processes along the entire value chain of tool manufacturing.

Between 2013 and 2022, he already provided important impetus in product development and market presence. With his entry into the management team, we are now specifically combining this experience with the further development of our company,” explains Dr. Claus Itterheim.
