TD WinNut
Wheel Manager: New overview of all grinding wheels used in the current project, including geometry, preview, and profile height. Simplifies control and improves reusability.
Clearance surfaces: Surfaces used for 3D models (e.g. STEP) are now generated more completely and cleanly – for more realistic geometry output, even with complex tools.
Flute runout area: The handling of clearance surfaces in the flute runout area has been improved to ensure stable model generation even for complex tool geometries.
Thread surfaces: Thread surface modeling has been further refined for even more precise geometry in tool design and 3D representation.

Optimized calculation times for variable flutes: Model generation and surface computation are now significantly faster – especially for complex geometries.
Optimizations for form tools: Enhanced modeling logic ensures consistent results, particularly in the area of complex point geometries.
Refined preview and run-out behavior: Preview of profile surfaces has been improved, and the handling of run-out geometry across operations has been optimized.

Optimizations and Compatibility
Fine-tuning in many areas ensures more stable and high-performance operation overall. Windows 10 (64-bit) remains compatible but is no longer actively supported. For long-term stability, we recommend Windows 11 (64-bit).
